Job description

Role Responsibilities :

Support asset managers in reviews and business plan analysis
Prepare and present asset reports for executives
Analyze portfolio performance and assist in valuations
Utilize servicer feeds and internal tools for insight generation

Job Requirements :

MBA or equivalent with 2–10 years of relevant experience

Strong grasp of ROI, IRR, and DCF modeling

Excellent communication and analytical skills

Ability to lead projects with minimal supervision
