Epsilon India is seeking a strategic and collaborative Sr. Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead high-performing teams, drive talent strategies, and partner closely with global and India leadership. This role is ideal for someone with strong market intelligence, exceptional stakeholder partnership skills, and a passion for building a powerful employer brand.

What You’ll Do

• Build strong partnerships with Leadership, HR, and Hiring Managers to enable a strategic, seamless, and business-aligned recruiting process.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruiting team, fostering collaboration, capability-building, and operational excellence.
• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle—including workforce planning, sourcing, assessments, and offer management—for assigned Business Units.
• Design and implement data-driven recruiting strategies for both domestic and international hiring, informed by talent market intelligence.
• Leverage diverse sourcing channels (referrals, ATS, job boards, social media, and talent communities) to attract high-quality talent while strengthening Epsilon’s employer brand.
• Monitor recruiting KPIs and benchmarks to drive continuous improvement in hiring performance and efficiency.
• Serve as a trusted internal consultant and subject matter expert on recruitment trends, talent insights, and workforce planning.
• Manage multiple stakeholder needs and deliver effectively against tight hiring timelines for business-critical roles.
• Use analytics and market intelligence to support talent decisions, provide insights to leadership, and build scalable performance-tracking systems.
• Support communication, engagement, and employer branding initiatives to reinforce organizational culture and priorities.
