Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring across multiple roles. The ideal candidate has strong experience working in fast-paced environments such as agencies, consultancies, or startups, and is confident managing high-volume and niche hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment : sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across tech and non-tech roles.
- Use job portals, , referrals, and other sourcing channels effectively.
- Create engaging job descriptions and recruitment campaigns.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and assess cultural / role fit.
- Maintain candidate data and recruitment dashboards.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely feedback loops.
- Support employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
3–5 years of hands-on recruitment experience in an agency or consultancy.Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, market mapping, and candidate engagement.Ability to independently manage multiple roles and priorities.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Proficiency with ATS tools, Recruiter, and job portals.Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.What You’ll Get
