Job Summary :
We are looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team on a 6-month contractual basis . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and a strong understanding of hiring processes. The contract may be extended based on performance and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles – sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through multiple channels — job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct telephonic interviews and shortlist relevant candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and update status reports regularly.
- Support onboarding formalities for selected candidates.
Requirements :
Minimum 6 months of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (preferably in a fast-paced environment).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Hands-on experience with job portals and social media hiring.Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.Available to join immediately or within a short notice period.Contract Terms :
Duration : 6 months (renewable based on performance)Type : Full-time, on-sitePerformance-based extension or conversion to permanent role
