Corporate Credit Analyst
Position Summary
We are currently looking for an intern / trainee to join our Corporate - Credit Portfolio and Resource Management team in Bangalore
Main responsibilities and duties of the role
Job Description :
- Preparing financial spreads
- The financial analysis of corporate clients
- The coordination with all relevant teams for the preparation of the credit papers;
- The preparation of annual reviews;
- The performance of specific quarterly portfolio reviews.
- Propose updated rating and LGD for transactions.
- Prepare portfolio opinions for new deals, waivers and watch list memos for assigned portfolio.
- Regular interaction with internal parties (Portfolio, Origination, Risk Dept and other relevant Dept) for the preparation of these analysis.
- Helping the team head in maintaining and preparing management reports
Job Qualification (education, years of experience and other soft skills)
Post Graduate Degree holder in Finance (MBA), Accounting, or related discipline. CFA and / or related professional accreditation is highly desirable.Confident, strong communication & analytical skills are a pre-requisite skill.Ability to work under pressure & produce / perform under tight timelines is a necessity.Excellent command in English (written & verbal) and the ability to speak & write Mandarin is plus, but not a pre-requisite.A team player & strong interpersonal skill.Be proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
