Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and provide feedback to the management team.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in BFSI Sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
In-depth knowledge of the BFSI sector, including industry trends and regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience in IT solutions sales, specifically in the BFSI sector, is preferred.
