We are currently seeking a high-potential Executive Assistant to the CEO with a focus on operations, who will be groomed for a future leadership role, including potential elevation to Chief Operating Officer (COO) .
Role Overview :
The Executive Assistant to the CEO - Operations Track will work closely with the CEO on all facets of plant operations, team coordination, strategy implementation, and performance tracking. This is a high-impact, hands-on role ideal for someone who is looking to step into operations leadership. The candidate will gain deep exposure to all aspects of plant management and organizational growth, while directly supporting and executing the CEO's strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the CEO in overseeing daily plant operations and coordinating across departments including production, QA, maintenance, supply chain, and HR.
- Drive execution of strategic initiatives and monitor progress against operational goals and KPIs.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and senior plant leadership to ensure alignment and follow-through.
- Identify process improvement opportunities, lead special projects, and implement operational enhancements.
- Prepare high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support planning and execution of facility expansion, vendor management, and infrastructure improvement initiatives.
- Manage internal communications, drive team accountability, and promote a high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards including FSSAI, AYUSH, US FDA (21 CFR 111 / 117), and EFSA.
- Take on increasing responsibilities over time, with a clear growth path to COO based on performance.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Technology, or related discipline from a top institution.MBA from a top-tier business school strongly preferred.5–10 years of experience in manufacturing, operations management, consulting, or high-growth startups.Strong analytical and project management skills with a keen eye for detail.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities.Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-pressure environments with a hands-on mindset.High levels of discretion, professionalism, and ownership.Why Join Us
