Role Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager - Operations to join our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in managing end-to-end payroll and compensation processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and implementing effective performance management systems. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of driving HR initiatives that support our organizational goals.

Responsibilities

 Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

 Develop and implement compensation structures that attract and retain top talent.

 Ensure adherence to statutory requirements related to PF, gratuity, and other employee benefits.

 Maintain knowledge of current labor laws and implement necessary changes to HR policies and practices.

 Implement and manage the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) policies and guidelines.

 Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to promote a safe and inclusive workplace.

 Manage HRMS / HRIS setup, maintenance, and updates.

 Ensure accurate HR data management, reporting, and compliance.

 Design and implement performance management frameworks that align with organizational objectives.

 Facilitate regular performance reviews and provide guidance on employee development plans.

 Utilize HR metrics to track and report on key performance indicators.

 Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve HR processes.

Requirements

 MS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

 5 to 10 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a startup environment.

 Strong understanding of payroll systems, labor laws, and compliance requirements.

 Proven experience in performance management and employee relations.

 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

 Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
