Job descriptionPayroll processing & Compliance support for TDS, statutory requirements. Talent acquisition programme - Coach and employees. Onboarding of all new hires - Coach and employees. Documentation of all records of employees including coaches in the revenue share model. Employee conflict management. Reward and recognition programme for employees. Exit formalities - During resignation of coach, employee. Administrative tasks
Education :
- Mandatory : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Preferred : Master’s degree (MBA in HR or equivalent) or relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, CIPD).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, payroll, performance management, and compliance.
- Prior experience in handling end-to-end HR operations or having worked in an HR generalist or HR business partner role is highly valued.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, HRIS systems, and data reporting.
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance appraisal systems.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
