Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to :
Support in Recruitment Process
- Support in coordination of Faculty, Teaching Fellow and Post-Doctoral Fellow recruitment process.
- Coordinating and reporting progress during different stages of recruitment.
- Prepare and maintain data the recruitment tracker and provide recommendations to ensure smooth flow of recruitment process.
Employee On-boarding
Facilitating new comers joining formalities.Ensuring collection of all relevant HR documents / certificates as per the requirement for new joinees.Organize HR Induction to all new employees, re-joiners, conversions & sharing relevant policiesEnsure HR Orientation is organized for new joineesProvide standard training and guidance on HRMS applicationMaintain employee records as per the provided formats.Payroll Coordination
Preparation of monthly payroll inputs to finance team.Coordinate with different departments and get the relevant data for payroll inputs.Maintaining and updating payroll masters on a regular basis.Other HR Related Tasks
Support in coordination and maintenance of employee medical insurance dataMaintain accurate data in HRMS and physical filesTeam Management and ensure team performance as per department needsSupport in other HR interim projectsPreparation of internal and employee related lettersAny other tasks assigned from time to time
