Strategic Partnership :
Aligning HR strategies and activities with the overall business strategy and objectives of a specific business unit or division.
Talent Management :
Overseeing talent acquisition, development, and retention efforts, which includes creating succession plans and addressing skill shortages to ensure the right people are in the right roles.
Performance Management :
Implementing performance management programs, setting job descriptions and goals with managers, and providing coaching and counseling to improve employee performance.
Employee Relations :
Handling and resolving employee issues, conducting investigations, and fostering a positive work environment to improve morale, productivity, and retention.
Organizational Change :
Acting as a change agent to help implement organizational strategies and foster a culture that supports business objectives.
HR Strategy Development :
Collaborating with HR teams and leadership to analyze HR trends and analytics, and to create policies, solutions, and programs that meet business needs.
Compliance :
Ensuring adherence to all relevant HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements, and partnering with legal departments as needed.
Leadership Coaching :
Providing guidance and advice to managers and leaders on various HR-related issues, including performance, talent development, and employee relations.
