Position : Zonal Sales Manager -West (SME)
Location - Mumbai
Team Size : 2 – 4 Regional Sales Managers
Key Purpose of the Job :
Drive business growth for SME by formulating and executing zonal sales strategies, ensuring achievement of branch sales targets, maintaining portfolio quality, and leading high-performing sales teams.
Education Qualification / Skill sets required :
- Graduate / Postgraduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing.
- Minimum 12 years experience in sales and marketing of LAP / SME is Must.
- Strong exposure to credit evaluation, portfolio risk management, and market analysis.
- Proven ability to handle large and diverse field sales teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement zonal sales strategy to enhance market share and profitability.Monitor branch performance, sales targets, portfolio credit quality & collection efficiency.Drive business through DSAs, connectors, and direct channels in the zone.Guide and mentor Regional Managers to achieve branch-level sales & cross-sell targets.Manage key customer & partner relationships including HNI clients and DSAs.Recruit, train, and motivate sales teams; identify training needs and ensure capability building.Maintain NPAs within prescribed limits through proactive monitoring and corrective actions.If your profile aligns with the requirement above, please send your resume to
