Territory Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales Target Achievement : Meet and exceed sales targets by acquiring and retaining customers within the SMB segment.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion : Identify, qualify, and convert potential leads in companies with annual revenue under 100 crore.
  • Account Management : Build strong relationships with SMB clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Expansion : Develop and execute strategies to penetrate the SMB market and grow Kaizenat Technology's footprint.
  • Solution Selling : Understand client needs to provide tailored ANSYS simulation solutions, emphasizing value for smaller-scale businesses.
  • CRM Management : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with technical teams to deliver the right solutions and ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Industry Awareness : Stay updated on market trends, SMB challenges, and ANSYS product developments to effectively position solutions.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Experience : Minimum 4+ years in product sales, preferably within the simulation industry and SMB segment.
  • Education : Bachelors and Master's degree in engineering (preferred) or Business Administration.
  • Market Understanding : Knowledge of SMB-specific challenges and requirements in simulation solutions.
  • Sales Acumen : Proven track record of achieving targets, excellent negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • CRM Knowledge : Proficiency in using CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Adaptability : Ability to work independently and adapt strategies for the unique needs of SMB clients.
