Overview
Iconix Accounting is seeking a motivated and personable Virtual Assistant to join our sales team. The VA will focus on outreach to assigned leads, scheduling product demos for our director, and driving the top of the sales funnel.
This role includes a salary plus commission structure . This ensures that your effort in generating quality conversations and opportunities is rewarded.
The position offers significant growth potential with training in advanced sales methodologies; the right candidate may progress to conducting demos themselves and eventually move into a full-time role with expanded commission opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to assigned leads and prospect lists.
- Follow up with inbound leads and nurture them through the sales cycle.
- Qualify prospects, gather key information, and schedule demos for our directors.
- Log all activities, calls, and lead notes in the CRM system accurately.
- Learn and apply advanced sales tactics (NEPQ-style, consultative selling, etc.) to increase effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Director and marketing team to optimize outreach strategies.
- Support ongoing business development initiatives as needed.
Desired Qualifications
1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or outbound calling to customers in US / UK / AUS / CANADA is preferred.Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections.Highly organized, with good time management and CRM discipline.Positive, coachable attitude with a desire to learn advanced sales strategies.Shift Time : 4 : 00 pm to 1;30 pm ISTCompensation & Growth Path
Monthly Salary (commensurate with experience).Commission paid on deals closed by Iconix that originated from VA outreach.Growth Path :Phase 1 : Cold calling, appointment setting, lead follow-up.Phase 2 : Training in advanced sales techniques, assisting with demos.Phase 3 : Conducting demos independently, earning higher commissions.Phase 4 : Potential transition into a senior business development role with expanded compensation.Skills Required
