Role Overview
We are hiring Customer Relationship Executives (CRE) for our insurance team. In this role, you will speak with customers over calls, explain insurance plans, support them with their policy needs, and ensure they have a smooth experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Call customers for policy renewals, pending premiums, and follow up on insurance leads
- Clearly explain policy features, premiums, coverage, exclusions, and benefits
- Assist customers with KYC, documentation, policy updates, and basic claim-related queries
- Maintain accurate policy details, call logs, and customer records in the system
- Collect customer feedback and share important points with the team
- Build trust through polite communication and regular follow-ups
- Achieve daily / weekly calling and renewal targets
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
Experience : Minimum 1 year in telecalling, customer service, insurance sales, or similar calling rolesEducation : Graduation preferredSkills Required :Fluency in Gujarati (mandatory)
Good communication in Gujarati and basic Hindi / EnglishStrong phone-handling and active listening skillsBasic computer knowledge (Excel, Email)Comfortable using CRM or policy management systemsGood time management and follow-up disciplineSkills Required
