DevOps Architect Role

As a seasoned DevOps Architect, you will collaborate with our skilled team to deliver cutting-edge SaaS product offerings to bio-pharma customers. Your primary responsibilities include developing and implementing procedures, automation scripts, and infrastructure implementations to support SaaS Operations.

The role requires providing technical expertise and leadership to Production Operations teams, executing the Cloud Operations team's goals and deliverables, ensuring smooth operations of SaaS products, and taking ownership of customer implementations.

You will be responsible for automating, enhancing, and maintaining critical processes in Cloud Operations, driving critical processes in SaaS Operations, and coordinating focus groups across teams on process improvements and technical enhancements.

• Provide technical expertise and leadership to SaaS Operations Production Operations teams
• Help implement the Cloud Operations team's goals and deliverables as determined by Leadership
• Ensure smooth operations of SaaS products
• Take complete ownership of customer implementations
• Automate, enhance, and maintain critical processes in Cloud Operations
• Drive critical processes in SaaS Operations
• Coordinate focus groups across all teams on process improvements and technical enhancements
