Senior Operations Specialist

Job descriptionSource and procure materials, equipment, and services in alignment with company requirements. Evaluate, negotiate, and finalize agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions. Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand and fulfill procurement needs. Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier agreements, pricing, and delivery schedules. Monitor and analyze market trends to identify reliable suppliers and cost-saving opportunities. Ensure strict adherence to company procurement policies and compliance standards. Handle export-related documentation, including Letters of Credit (LC), SGS inspections, logistics, and day-to-day operational requirements.
Requirements :
- 2–5 years of experience in Engineering Procurement, Maintenance, Projects, or Technical Services.
- Strong technical foundation in Mechanical Engineering.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement-related software.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
