We are seeking a Human Resource Manager to lead and manage the recruitment process, from strategy to execution. This role is crucial for attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent by leveraging various job portals and networking platforms. You will be responsible for creating and executing recruitment strategies, proactively sourcing candidates, and conducting screenings and interviews to ensure a positive candidate experience and meet the company's staffing needs.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the entire recruitment process to attract, engage, and hire top talent.
- Utilize job portals such as Naukri.com and LinkedIn to post job advertisements, source candidates, and manage applications.
- Develop and maintain a strong presence on recruitment platforms to attract high-quality talent.
- Create and execute recruitment strategies that align with the company's objectives and hiring needs.
- Use data from job portals and market research to inform recruitment strategy.
- Proactively search for and engage potential candidates through job portals, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings, schedule and coordinate interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Skills Required :
