Key Responsibilities (KRA) :
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, performance management, and exits.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and frameworks to ensure smooth people operations.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and conduct barometer measurement exercises to monitor workplace satisfaction.
- Foster alumni relationships to build long-term employer brand value.
- Drive people development programs, training, and career growth initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to identify talent needs and workforce planning strategies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
- Promote a positive organizational culture focused on collaboration, inclusion, and employee
