About the Job

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our Experience Store team in Ahmedabad. This role focuses on customer interaction, driving sales, and helping customers discover 22,000+ curated products across stationery, art, gifting, and office essentials.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers and guide them through store offerings

Meet and exceed sales targets while building customer trust

Support in visual merchandising and product displays

Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations

Collect customer feedback and support loyalty initiatives

Requirements

Graduate degree, preferably with retail or sales exposure

2–3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles

Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills

Ability to handle queries and resolve issues effectively

Energetic, approachable, and passionate about creativity and design
