Job descriptionAI-Driven Creativity : Leverage cutting-edge AI tools for design, motion graphics, video editing, and content ideation to streamline processes and deliver innovative outputs Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels. Oversee the design and production process, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality results. Mentor, guide, and manage a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to foster a culture of creativity and collaboration. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into the companys creative strategies. Manage budgets and timelines for creative projects, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and Evaluate the effectiveness of creative campaigns and make recommendations for improvement. Maintain brand consistency across all creative And Skills Experience : 6-8 years in design or creative leadership roles, with significant experience in B2B SaaS or tech-driven companies. Portfolio : A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in website UI / UX, product videos, case studies, award entry videos, and ad mock-ups. Tools : Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere), Figma, and AI tools like MidJourney, Runway, or Adobe Firefly. Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead, mentor, and scale creative teams of 1015 people. Storytelling : Ability to simplify complex technical products into clear, visually compelling narratives. Speed & Adaptability : Fast learner with a knack for working in a dynamic, high-growth environment. Knowledge of HTML / CSS for design implementation and experience with SaaS product marketing
