ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Meticulously review and refine copy to uphold standards of accuracy, coherence, and alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative concepts, taglines, and slogans that harmonize with clients' marketing goals.
- Adapt writing style adeptly to suit varied brands, target demographics, and campaign imperatives.
- Forge close collaboration with art directors, designers, and other team members to conceive and execute integrated and impactful advertising endeavors.
- Exercise discernment in approving copy and creative materials to ensure they adhere to brand standards, maintain quality benchmarks, and exceed client expectations.
- Lead and inspire a cadre of creative strategists, copywriters, and content creators, fostering an environment conducive to continual growth and innovation.
- Cultivate a cohesive team culture imbued with a sense of purpose and belonging among copywriters.
REQUIREMENTS :
Possess 4-5 years of experience as a creative strategist and copywriter, showcasing a track record of successful campaigns in a portfolio.Demonstrate robust strategic thinking and problem-solving prowess.Remain abreast of the latest developments in the field and emerging trends.Exhibit adept leadership and team management capabilities.Display organizational finesse in managing multiple projects within stringent timelines.Hold a Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with masterful storytelling abilities.Proficient in copywriting, scriptwriting, proofreading, creative visualization, team leadership, campaign planning, blogging, and web page content creation.Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.BENEFITS :
