Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Director located in Delhi, India. The Creative Director will be responsible for leading creative projects, developing creative strategies, and overseeing branding and art direction. Day-to-day tasks include managing and inspiring a team of designers, working closely with clients to understand their vision, and ensuring high-quality and innovative design outputs. The Creative Director will also be tasked with collaborating with other departments to align design efforts with overall business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy
• Expertise in Branding and Art Direction
• Strong skills in Graphic Design
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
• Experience in a design studio or similar environment
