Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to existing customers for insurance policy renewals .
- Provide accurate information regarding renewal process, policy terms, and benefits.
- Maintain customer relationships through professional communication.
- Ensure daily / weekly / monthly targets are met.
- Update records and maintain call logs in CRM.
