Job Purpose
Responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with corporate clients to enable personal loan partnerships and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential corporate clients for personal loan partnerships through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Conduct strategic discussions and negotiations with senior decision-makers such as CHROs and CFOs to drive sales engagement.
- Understand financial needs of corporate employees and provide customized personal loan solutions aligned with their needs and organizational policies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients to ensure continued collaboration and client satisfaction.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, client pitching, negotiation, closure, and post-sales support.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory updates within the BFSI sector to shape effective sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and client communication logs through CRM tools and provide timely reports and forecasts to leadership.
