Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement effective marketing strategies to appoint new POS on a monthly basis.
- Contact existing partners and build strong relationships through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Ensure the completion of all required documentation for POS onboarding.
- Ensure all POS undergo necessary training and pass relevant exams.
- Provide ongoing support to POS by answering queries and assisting with the company's portal and products.
- Train POS on how to effectively use the company portal and available insurance products.
- Achieve activation of at least one business within the first month of POS joining.
- Provide support to underwriting and claims teams, if required.
- Meet monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Continuously replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it in the field.
- Adhere to company-established policy obligations and ensure compliance with company standards.
