Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls, chats, and leads generated through PPC (Pay-Per-Click) and Meta Search campaigns.
- Understand customer requirements and provide the best travel solutions (mainly international flight bookings).
- Convert leads into sales by offering competitive itineraries and real-time fares.
- Utilize GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) to search and issue tickets.
- Upsell travel add-ons : seat selection, baggage, travel insurance, hotel bookings, etc.
- Ensure high conversion rates and customer satisfaction through smooth sales handling.
- Manage post-sales queries : rescheduling, cancellations, refunds.
- Achieve individual and team-based sales targets consistently.
- Stay updated with airline policies, fare rules, and industry promotions.
Requirements :
1 to 6 years of experience in US travel sales , with focus on PPC or Meta Campaigns .Strong knowledge of international flight booking and fare structures.Experience working with leads from Google Ads, Skyscanner, Kayak, etc.Proficiency in GDS (Sabre / Amadeus / Galileo).Excellent English communication skills with a neutral or US accent.Target-driven with strong negotiation and closing skills.Ability to handle high-volume calls and multitask efficiently.Comfortable working in US time zone (Night Shift).Preferred Qualifications :
Prior experience in an OTA (Online Travel Agency) or call center-based travel sales.Familiarity with CRM tools and travel booking engines.Knowledge of airline consolidator fares is a plus.Experience in handling both B2C and B2B travel sales will be an advantage.Skills Required
