Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls, chats, and web leads from US customers generated via meta search platforms.
- Sell international flight tickets (mostly to / from the US), travel insurance, and other related services.
- Understand customer travel needs, provide competitive itineraries, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Use GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo) to check fares, availability, and process bookings.
- Achieve daily / monthly sales targets and maximize revenue per sale.
- Upsell additional services such as baggage, seat selection, insurance, and hotel bookings.
- Follow quality standards, maintain compliance, and provide a positive customer experience.
- Manage post-sales queries including date changes, cancellations, and refund requests.
- Stay updated on airline policies, fare rules, promotions, and industry changes.
Requirements :
1 to 6 years of experience in US travel sales , preferably with exposure to meta search campaigns .Proficiency in using GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo).Strong communication skills in English with a neutral or US accent.Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.Ability to handle high call volume and quick turnarounds.Comfortable working night shifts (US timings).Good knowledge of fare structures, airline rules, and international destinations.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience working with leads from platforms like Google Flights, Kayak, Skyscanner, or Momondo .Exposure to working in OTA (Online Travel Agency) environments.Familiarity with travel CRM and booking tools.Knowledge of airline consolidator fares and contracts.Skills Required
