Job description

PPC Call Handling :

Manage inbound calls from high-intent leads generated via PPC campaigns. Assist US-based customers with booking flights and other travel services.

US Travel Sales Expertise :

Provide accurate flight options, fare quotes, and complete bookings using GDS or other travel platforms.

Lead Conversion :

Convert incoming leads into confirmed bookings by understanding customer needs and delivering effective sales pitches.

Upselling & Cross-selling :

Promote add-ons such as seat upgrades, baggage options, insurance, or hotel stays to increase revenue per booking.

Performance Focused :

Meet and exceed sales targets and quality standards in a fast-paced US travel sales environment.

Candidate Requirements :

Experience : Minimum 1 year in US travel sales (PPC calls)

Communication : Strong English communication and sales skills

Shift : Night shift (US hours)

Skills Required
