We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead financial planning, analysis, and digital transformation initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, budgeting, and project management skills, along with hands-on experience in implementing finance digitalization projects and leveraging ERP systems for process Lead budget planning and monitor financial performance across business units.
- Prepare and compile detailed analytical reports and presentations for key stakeholders.
- Manage budgetary controls, variance analysis, and financial statement preparation.
- Enhance internal control systems and ensure compliance with established financial policies.
- Drive digitalization of financial reporting and processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring for finance digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation tools (e.g., Power BI, RPA).
- Support internal, QMS, statutory, and tax Have :
- Proven experience with ERP SAP FICO module.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Experience in financial automation tools (Power BI, automation software, Chartered Accountant (CA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
- Experience handling 3-5 finance digitalization projects end-to-end.
- Prior experience in IT, R&D, or Engineering companies.
