Candidate should possess excellent functional knowledge in SAP FICO for about 5 plus years and have 1 implementation experience. FI-General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Special Purpose Ledger, EBS Rules. Must have worked on enhancement / developments.Experience in preparing Functional Specs for complex developments. Experience in working with e-Invocing is an added advantage. Integration of FI with SD and MM modules. Cost Centre Accounting, Internal Order Accounting, COPA, Revenue Recognition. - Analyze existing financial and controlling processes to identify optimization opportunities.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices in management accounting and reporting.
- Support finance teams in designing and implementing cost allocation methods, budgeting, forecasting, and performance measurement.
System Enhancements & Support :
- Manage change requests, enhancements, and upgrades within SAP CO.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure smooth financial and controlling operations.
- Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP / BI) for developments, reports, and interfaces.
Stakeholder Engagement & Training :
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SAP CO in discussions with finance, audit, and compliance teams.
- Conduct user training sessions and prepare documentation for business users.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure system adoption and user satisfaction.
Must-Have Skills :
- Proven expertise in SAP CO (Management Accounting) with at least 5 years of hands-on experience.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and their application within SAP.
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end SAP CO implementations.
