Finance Assistant Manager (Pune, India) - SQM Iodine & Plant Nutrition

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting - Assistance in preparation of monthly financial statement along with other group reporting requirements for consolidation purpose.

Preparation of MIS report for management review and develop reports to support business decision making

Budgeting & controlling - Support the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting process

Audit Co-ordination – Coordinate the preparation and review of audit schedules and reconciliations along with timely closure of the same.

Participation in financial system implementation & process improvement along with process automation

Assistance in GST return filling, Annual filling and Transfer pricing report requirement

Support Accounts Receivable & Accounts payable process

Other routine activities related to treasury, commercial control, inventory management, etc

Skills

Proficiency in English.

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and digital platforms.

Ability to collaborate effectively across international and cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

Qualification – CA Fresher or CA Inter / CMA Inter / B.Com with 2-4 years of experience

Excellent communication, analytical & problem-solving skill

Proficiency in financial software (MS Office, Odoo, SAP)

Ability to work independently and as a part of team

Working knowledge of Custom / Secretarial compliances would be an added advantage
