Key Account Lead
Role Overview :
As part of Key Account Management, you will be responsible for managing high-value international clients, optimizing sales strategy, and ensuring operational excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align our service offerings with client objectives, drive revenue growth, and enhance customer experience.

- Customer Experience & Service Excellence : Ensure seamless execution of client projects, proactively resolving challenges.
- Account Growth & Strategy : Manage and assist the key accounts grow, ensuring a strong long-term partnership.
- Data-Driven Decision Making : Use analytics to drive insights and optimize pricing models.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with operations, logistics, and finance teams to streamline processes.
- Sustained Account Growth : Identify untapped opportunities with the Customers and develop strategies to help the account expand
Requirements
Preferred Experience : 5-7+ years in Sales / account management, ideally within luxury, Service, Hospitality industry
Strategic thinker & innovative problem solver with a consultative sales approachExcellent Customer orientation with experience in international salesExceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsProven track record in key account management and sales performanceAbility to handle high-pressure situations and drive results
