Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition : Identify and attract top IT talent through sourcing methods like job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Job Postings : Draft compelling job descriptions and manage postings across multiple platforms.
- Candidate Screening : Conduct initial screenings to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination : Schedule and manage candidate interviews with hiring managers for a seamless process.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with hiring managers to align on staffing needs and recruitment strategies.
- Offer Management : Negotiate and prepare job offers, manage offer acceptances, and oversee onboarding processes.
- Database Management : Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Employer Branding : Enhance the company's employer brand through recruitment marketing and branding initiatives.
- Compliance : Ensure adherence to legal and company policies during recruitment activities.
- Market Insights : Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence.
- Reporting : Provide regular reports on recruitment performance, market trends, and other insights.
