Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Linux L1 Technical Support professional. The Technical Support professional will be responsible for troubleshooting Linux systems, performing system administration tasks, managing operating systems, and handling Unix infrastructure. The role will require providing technical support and resolving issues related to Linux systems on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience in Linux system administration
• Linux and Containerize services administration
• Knowledge of operating systems
• Understanding of infrastructure
• Monitor infrastructure daily and report any unusual system behavior
• Give regular reports on application alerts & failures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Relevant certifications in Linux or related fields
• Docker & Kubernetes experience will be preferred
• Hands-on experience with Ansible will be preferred
