Genpact is hiring senior Linux System Administrator who must be good at root cause analysis, Implement, Perform, Provide Technical Support, Recommend Support, Create Documentation.

Responsibilities .Coordinate across technology teams to ensure seamless operations and project alignment.

• .Implement infrastructure including hardware, servers, and virtual machines.
• .Perform regular maintenance, upgrades, patches, and firmware updates.
• .Provide prompt and thorough technical support, including root cause analysis and testing.
• .Drive automation and suggest process improvements for operational efficiency.
• .Create and maintain documentation for systems, processes, implementations, and support activities.
• .Recommend and implement support strategies to enhance system performance.
• .Collaborate with teams to validate system operability and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• .Monitor system health and performance metrics to proactively address potential issues.
• .Ensure compliance with organizational standards and security policies across all systems.
• .Manage and maintain physical Dell servers, ensuring optimal performance, troubleshooting and hardware lifecycle management
