Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting for US clients and upleveling a pod to deliver faster with quality.
- Lead end-to-end recruiting for US roles in data engineering / analytics, CRM, cloud, and integration.
- Convert vague job descriptions into clear winnable requirements via sharp discovery with Delivery / AE / HM.
- Build candidate pipelines via JobDiva, Recruiter, referrals, communities, and meetups.
- Screen for technical fit and role outcomes; negotiate compensation and close deals.
- Manage MSP / VMS submissions with speed and accuracy; prepare candidates for interviews.
- Maintain pristine ATS hygiene; publish weekly progress dashboards.
- Mentor 1–2 recruiters / sourcers on search strategy and outreach quality.
The ideal candidate will have :
Requirements
5–8+ years of experience in US IT recruiting across data / cloud / integration; proven closures in at least two areas : Snowflake / Databricks, AWS / Azure / GCP, Salesforce / ServiceNow, Workato / MuleSoft / Boomi.Solid grasp of US tax and visa frameworks; fluent with VMS / MSP environments.Expert Boolean / X-ray and outbound skills; strong storytelling in outreach.Comfortable with client-facing intakes and partnering tightly with Delivery.
