Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications
5-9 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the talent and staffing sector.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and staffing solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Ability to analyze market trends and client needs effectively.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Skills Required
