Workplace Type : This role will be onsite and based in the Bangalore office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform :

• Lead capacity planning, execution, and delivery of strategic Salesforce Programs, adapting flexibly to evolving project goals and ensuring alignment with the Commercial Systems objective of clear accountability for program work.
• Proactively predict and allocate resources and optimise resource utilisation to meet complex program objectives, while preventing cost or time overruns in line with enhanced governance.
• Collaborate closely with all relevant DRIs (e.g., Lead Business Analyst, Lead Solution Architect, Lead Technical Architect, QA & Release Management Lead) across the structured SDLC stages, providing regular updates on strategy, progress, and adjustments to ensure alignment with GTS leaders and advisors.
• Establish and apply strong project governance practices to manage risks, interdependencies, and ensure all program objectives are met, directly addressing the need for strengthened Platform Governance and Technical Debt Ownership within the new structure.
• Act as the central point of contact for internal teams and extended stakeholders, clearly communicating tasks and expectations, while facilitating regular meetings, reviews, and status updates to ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration and reframe vendor delivery expectations.
• Continuously assess program performance against defined metrics and KPIs per lifecycle stage, seeking areas for improvement and ensuring all necessary documentation, reviews, and sign-offs are completed to drive continuous improvement and accountability.
