Role Overview :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented PMO Specialist with strong expertise in PMO tools, reporting dashboards, risk & issue management, and Agile project delivery frameworks. The ideal candidate will support the strategic governance of projects and programs, ensuring standardization, transparency, and successful execution across initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement and maintain PMO frameworks, standards, and best practices across project lifecycles.
• Develop and manage project dashboards, executive reports, KPIs, and other reporting tools to provide real-time project visibility.
• Maintain and update Risk Registers, capturing key project risks, mitigation strategies, and impact assessments.
• Support project and program managers in resource planning, status tracking, milestone management, and issue escalation.
• Use Agile PM tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana) to track sprint progress, backlogs, and velocity.
• Conduct project audits, health checks, and post-implementation reviews to ensure adherence to governance standards.
• Facilitate project governance meetings, prepare MoMs, and follow up on action items.
• Act as a liaison between cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on timelines, risks, and deliverables.
