Job Title : PMO Analyst Portfolio Management & Reporting

Location : Bengaluru (hybrid)

About the Role :

We are seeking a detail-oriented PMO Analyst with strong skills in portfolio reporting, data management, and governance. This role supports the Portfolio Manager and PMO team, ensuring accurate data collation, high-quality reporting, and alignment to project governance frameworks. You will work closely with Portfolio Leads, PMO Analysts, and key stakeholders to maintain up-to-date project and programme data, support reporting cycles, and provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collate, validate, and maintain portfolio data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and quality in line with governance standards.
  • Generate portfolio, programme, and project reports (including dashboards and KPIs) using Clarity PPM (or similar PPM tools) and Power BI.
  • Act as first-line QA to monitor data quality and proactively address gaps before presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Support adherence to the Change Framework and ensure project artefacts and approvals are captured centrally.
  • Provide resource management and financial data reviews including resourcing landscape, budget alignment, and vendor drawdowns.
  • Support risk, issue, and dependency reporting, maintaining clear logs for management review.
  • Own and maintain PMO processes such as SOW / PO tracking, timesheet compliance reporting, and governance documentation.
  • Maintain and structure key project information on SharePoint and other collaboration tools.
  • Partner with Portfolio Managers and PMO Analysts to ensure timely, accurate reporting and decision-making support.

What Were Looking For :

  • PMP or Prince2 certification (or equivalent) preferred.
  • Proven experience in a PMO, Portfolio Analyst, or Project Support role.
  • Hands-on experience with Clarity PPM (or similar PPM / portfolio management tools).
  • Power BI exposure for creating and automating dashboards / reports.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, MI reporting, and project governance.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and documentation skills.
  • Basic understanding of financial principles and project cost management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate with stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • High attention to detail, quality focus, and ability to work under deadlines.
