JOB DESCRIPTION

Fixture / jig / tooling project management

  • Plan, implement and monitor the entire life cycle of fixture design and manufacturing project (from requirement to handover).
  • Coordinate with relevant departments such as Design, Purchasing, Manufacturing, QA to ensure project progress and quality.

Requirements collection and analysis

  • Work with manufacturing and engineering departments to collect technical requirements of fixture.
  • Ensure design meets actual needs and manufacturing standards.

    • Document management and improvement

  • Manage relevant documents such as : drawings, BOM, SOP, project log.
  • Recommend and implement improvements in fixture technology, performance and cost.

    • JOB REQUIREMENTS

    Education & expertise

  • University graduate majoring in : Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering...
  • Priority is given to candidates with knowledge of production equipment (fixture, jig, tool...).

    • Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (OPM, Project Engineer, Tooling Engineer...).
  • Experience in managing design and implementation of equipment in a production environment (SMT, CNC, Assembly...).

    • Skills

  • Good project planning and coordination skills.
  • Understanding of technical drawings, tolerances, materials, and mechanical processing processes.
  • Proficiency in technical software : AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MS Project, Office... is an advantage.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

    • Education

    Masters in Technology (M.Tech / M.E), Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech / B.E)
