Position : Junior Talent Acquisition Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic junior talent acquisition executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, and prior internship experience in talent acquisition or HR. This role is perfect for someone eager to build a long-term career in recruitment and talent management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment cycle- sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and onboarding candidates.
• Source potential candidates through portals, LinkedIn, networking, and internal databases.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Support in creating job postings and recruitment campaigns.
• Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for various roles.
• Communicate effectively with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.
• Assist in other HR activities when required.
