📍 Location : Himayatnagar, Hyderabad

💼 Role : Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

💰 CTC : ₹3–5 LPA

🧭 Experience : 3–6 years (Healthcare / Diagnostic / Hospital industry preferred)

Key Responsibilities :

🔹 Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical, non-clinical, and support functions.

🔹 Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures.

🔹 Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.

🔹 Handle interview scheduling, selection, and onboarding.

🔹 Maintain recruitment MIS and contribute to employer branding initiatives.

Ideal Candidate :

• Graduate or MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
• 3–6 years of relevant experience (preferably in healthcare or diagnostics)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven
