Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Narnaund. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sale of residential and commercial properties. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, leading a sales team, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Manager will also coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth transactions and exceptional client service.

• Sales management, leadership, and team management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Client relationship management and customer service skills
• Knowledge of the real estate market, particularly in the Gurgaon area
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Narnaund
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
• Proficiency in using real estate CRM software and other relevant tools
