Job description

Conneqt Digital is seeking an experienced Trainer / Process & Product Trainer specializing in the Banking or Insurance domain . If you have a strong background in functional and automation testing, along with technical expertise in financial applications, this is the perfect role for you.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Train teams on functional and automation testing for financial applications.
  • Provide guidance on automation frameworks and tools.
  • Support process improvement and ensure product training aligns with organizational standards.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify training needs.

Mandatory Skills

  • 5-7 years of experience in functional and automation testing, preferably in financial applications (Banking, Insurance, etc.).
  • Expertise in any of the following UI automation tools : Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or Protractor.
  • Strong knowledge of API testing and automation.
  • Proficient in JavaScript (NodeJS) or Core Java.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks.
  • Strong logical and analytical skills.

    • Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with codeless automation tools.
  • Familiarity with BDD frameworks like Cucumber.
  • Knowledge of CI / CD tools (Jenkins) and Git.
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira.
  • Basic understanding of Unix commands and Linux.
  • Exposure to SQL queries.

  • Education : Any graduate
  • Domain Experience : Banking or Insurance
