Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Digital Marketing Trainer / Soft Skill Trainer. Responsibilities include conducting engaging training sessions on digital marketing and soft skills, creating and delivering comprehensive training modules, and providing hands-on guidance to learners. The trainer will also focus on building communication, professional development, and interpersonal skills, ensuring participants are well-prepared for workplace challenges.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Presentation Skills, Communication, and Soft Skills training
• Proficient in Training & Development, including creating training programs and delivering effective sessions
• Knowledge and ability to train in Life Skills for professional and personal growth
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for teaching and mentoring
• Prior experience as a trainer in digital marketing or soft skills training is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business, or related field is a plus
