About the Role :
CecureUs is looking for a passionate and articulate Trainer – POSH to join our team in Chennai. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people, delivering impactful sessions, and driving workplace ethics and compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as an External Member for Internal Committees (as required)
- Conduct case enquiries , write detailed case reports , and drive Quarterly Review Meetings (QRM) with clients
- Maintain client engagement and professionalism during sessions and post-delivery feedback
- Deliver engaging and impactful training sessions
- Customize training content and learning modules to suit diverse client needs
- Stay updated with legal changes and compliance frameworks around POSH and workplace ethics
