Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing & Event Management Admin to lead the planning, execution, and follow-up of all marketing events in the Indian Sub-continent. This role will ensure seamless event operations, from initial preparation through to post-event analysis, driving successful outcomes that align with our commercial and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Coordination

• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed event plans and checklists.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and logistics for all marketing events (conferences, exhibitions, seminars, workshops, sales meetings, and customer events).
• Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, Finance, Supply Chain) and external partners (vendors, agencies, venues, service providers).
• Handle venue bookings, travel arrangements, accommodation, catering, branding, and on-site requirements.
• Ensure all materials (presentations, brochures, banners, samples, giveaways) are prepared in line with brand guidelines.
