JOB DESCRIPTION

• 6 to 7 years of experience in Manual Testing
• Proficient in Manual Testing testing
• Should have good knowledge of Service Now.
• Should be well versed with all the STLC phases.
• Good knowledge of ALM and TFS
• Good knowledge of Agile.
• Individual contributor with good communication skills
• Willing to work in 12.30-10PM shift
• Attend Internal / client call / meetings, issue / defect reporting.
• Generate test data for testing needs.
• Collaborate with development team / Client.
• Log and track issues / defects through to resolution.
• Create and execute scripts / scenarios.
• Knowledge of SQL server would be an added Responsibilities :
• Execute comprehensive manual testing across various stages of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
• Conduct test planning, test case creation, and test execution for functional, integration, and regression testing
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders for requirement analysis and defect tracking
• Leverage tools like ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and TFS (Team Foundation Server) for test management and defect tracking
• Collaborate with teams in an Agile environment, participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups
• Conduct ServiceNow application testing for workflows, modules, and customizations
• Generate appropriate test data for positive and negative testing scenarios
• Track, report, and follow up on defects / issues through to resolution
• Participate in internal and client calls / meetings for status updates, requirement discussions, and defect reviews
• Flexible to work in a 12 : 30 PM 10 : 00 PM IST shift to support client collaboration
